One of SA1’s greatest strengths is its sense of community. From the outset SA1 and the local community have worked closely together to develop an enhanced waterfront that benefits everyone.
SA1 has so much to offer Grenfell Park, St Thomas, Port Tennant, and communities beyond.
SA1 will bring public open spaces, new and better community facilities and fantastic family leisure facilities and new jobs to the area.
SA1 has financially supported the provision of new education facilities in the GSP area; the new community school will benefit the whole of the ward of St Thomas both socially and economically.
